Demerara Bank Limited (DBL) has entered into a strategic partnership with Flowcatalyst Technology and Consulting Inc., a Guyana based financial technology company, to roll out Flopay, a new payment facilitation service aimed at expanding access to modern card payment solutions across the country. The initiative was officially launched on February 13, 2026, where invited guests were given live demonstrations of the platform and its features.
